James originates from Philadelphia and has been living in the Roaring Fork Valley since 2001. He attended LaSalle University, Colorado Mountain College and Harvard Extension School and holds a B.S. in Business Administration. After practicing accounting for 15 years and driven by a passion for real estate investing, James decided to enter the world of real estate and soon fell in love with helping others find a place to call home. Specializing in residential sales in Carbondale, Glenwood Springs, and Basalt; James dedicates himself to helping his clients achieve their real estate goals through his keen understanding of the local market, financial acumen, and strong work ethic. In his free time, James enjoys a healthy lifestyle and playing in the outdoors. His most epic experience was a 45-day backpacking trip on the Colorado Trail which traverses 500 miles through Colorado’s most remote and scenic back-country.
