He has proven deft at identifying unique lifestyle, residential, and development opportunities and utilizing long-standing community and resort relationships to advise his clients, acquire, assemble and envision these opportunities.
He is a partner in two other resort developments in the area totaling over 250,000 square feet of hospitality, residential and commercial.
Prior to real estate, he coached and developed athletes for 18 years with such teams as the US Disabled Ski Team, University of Vermont, Aspen Valley Ski Club, and Crested Butte Ski Education Foundation. His civic duties include continuing to coach and help kids develop in a number or sports, involvement in athlete development non-profits, and advisory roles with other local sports-related entities. His family has been in the development and real estate industry for 40 years.
