Colter was born and raised in Aspen, Colorado and possesses knowledge and appreciation for his hometown that goes unmatched. With a degree in finance from the University of Colorado’s Leed’s School of Business, Colter has spent over 20 years educating himself and gaining experience in real estate development, construction and design. Given his wide range of expertise in all things land-related, he grasps every aspect of home building, buying and the meaning of valuable real estate to the utmost degree.

Prior to his real estate career, Colter spent five years working as the Operations Manager for one of the largest civil construction companies in the Roaring Fork Valley. Colter shifted his focus to real estate in 2007 and became a partner at Aspen Associates Realty in 2011. He later became part of the ownership group of Christie’s International Real Estate Aspen Snowmass. His straightforward and hands-on approach, combined with his unwavering loyalty and commitment to his clients, facilitates the optimal quality in any and all transactions.
