Ryan Thompson is one of the lucky people to have always called Aspen home.  Born and raised in the valley, he has witnessed the evolution of this community from a quiet mountain town to a world class destination.  For college, Ryan attended the University of Colorado at Boulder, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in History and Economics.  After graduating, he was quickly drawn back to Aspen and everything it has to offer – from skiing in the winters to golfing and biking in the summers.

As partner in an esteemed local building company he has an extensive background in the construction of high-end custom homes, which has given him broad knowledge of local real estate and developments in the Aspen area.  This unique perspective naturally led him to pursue a career in real estate, obtaining his real estate license upon his return to Aspen.  While real estate sales are par for the course, Ryan has separated himself from the crowd by developing a niche in the luxury rental market for both short term vacation rentals and long term leases.  With extensive knowledge in high end building, rentals and sales, Ryan can help in all areas of your Aspen investment.

In addition to enjoying and living an active lifestyle, Ryan spends time with his wife Maggi who is also an Aspen local, and their new English Golden puppy Lexi.  With a young family of his own, Ryan is motivated and dedicated to finding the right solution for any of your real estate needs.
