Stephanie’s passion for the mountains and love of the outdoors brought her to Aspen in 2004. Her experiences in New York and Los Angeles have given her the expertise to market and sell all types of real estate. Focusing on condominiums, single family homes and ranches in Aspen, Snowmass and Woody Creek. She is enthusiastic, hardworking, discreet and is intimately familiar with the local real estate market. She has worked with a wide range of American and International clientele, spanning the world of finance, media, entertainment and real estate.
Stephanie has been a luxury Real Estate Broker in Aspen, Colorado, since 2006. She is one of the most successful brokers in the Roaring Fork Valley and is consistently ranked as a top producer. Stephanie’s career highlights include achieving two record price sales: Selling the most expensive property in Snowmass in the last five years for $14.3M in 2019 and representing both the buyer and the seller of a 100-acre land sale in Carbondale at $7.2M in 2015. In addition to these major sales, much of Stephanie’s time is dedicated to selling properties in a variety of price ranges throughout the Roaring Fork Valley. In fact, the majority of Stephanie’s sales are in the $3M to $10M range, where the market is most active. She is currently ranking in the top 3% of brokers in the Valley.
In addition to her professional life, Stephanie has climbed Mount Rainer and played soccer for a United States team in Germany, France, Sweden, Denmark and Holland. She loves adventure and has traveled extensively. When she isn’t working, you can find her skiing or enjoying the outdoors with her 3 children and 2 Labrador Retrievers.
