A Chicago native, Bryan left a notable career as a commodity trader and followed a dream to move his family to Colorado some 15 years ago.
As a trader, Bryan brokered on behalf of domestic and international clients, including JP Morgan Chase, Cargill, and Merrill Lynch. He was Chairman of the Soybean Oil committee and sat on the Chicago Board of Trade Ethics committee. His steadfastness and work ethic earned him significant recognition from his clients and fellow members.
Bryan launched his real estate career more than a decade ago and hasn’t looked back. His clients appreciate his market instincts, his deep understanding of global financial markets, and his ability to steadily guide them through challenging decisions. Most recently, Bryan was involved in shepherding a new subdivision through the approval process alongside the developer and then handled the successful disposition of every single lot. His experience also includes selling single-family homes, condos, and ranch properties, including a 130-acre development property.
At some point early on, Bryan realized that his kids skied really, really, really fast and decided to enroll them in the Vail Ski & Snowboard Academy. Since then, he has straddled both markets. Bryan will remain active in the Aspen/Snowmass market but, moving forward, will be focusing most of his energy on growing our presence in Vail, where he lives with his wife, Gerda, and two brilliant young athletes, Liam and Shea.
