Thanks for checking in with me on this current contemporary stage. I am excited to be a Real Estate Broker with Christie's International Real Estate Aspen Snowmass.
This new start reminded me of 1990 when my 1st Real Estate transaction closed on the 6500 acres in Snowmass - Wildcat Ranch. Wow! I am a ‘Real’ Real Estate Broker now.
New opportunities come with astonishing new faces, friends, and places. I am stimulated by the Aspen Community and the folks that are navigating through the Roaring Fork Valley pursuing their Joys and Dreams. I enjoy joining in when I can as a local Aspen translator, guide, and deal maker.
Pitkin County is the ‘Rocky Mountain High’ ground for extraordinary outdoor adventures. With this unique lifestyle comes creative residential and commercial property designs and development times and events.
With my decades of living in the same house in the Aspen downtown core, I have seen and been involved with a lot of land and real estate players.
I volunteered for 8 years as a member of the City of Aspen P & Z. I was on the Board of Directors of the Aspen Valley Ski Club for 8 years. I have thrived as a ‘Jack of All Trades’ when traveling with Jimmy Buffett as a Road Manager and with John Denver as a Tour Manager. I have designed and constructed a handful of single-family homes, built, owned, and operated a shopping center, restaurants, and nightclubs during my food and beverage scholarships.
I thrived as a top Full Certificated PSIA ski pro on Aspen Mountain for 25 years. Even when traveling, almost everywhere, around the world as a logistic expert for celebrity Rock Stars, my roots are in Aspen in my log cabin.
My passion was creating a ski bum home and habits while networking globally. My purpose and practices can assist you with all your Aspen Real Estate needs and wants to facilitate your dream of a mountain ski town lifestyle. I look forward to counseling you to do it right the first time!
