Tommy Tollesson moved from his native Sweden to live the ski bum dream in Aspen, Co in the early 90's. He quickly became a fixture in Aspen and when not skiing, he tended bar and served and managed restaurants before he opened his first restaurant, Elevation, a local favorite from 2000-2013. In 2013 Tommy took over as GM of the somewhat legendary Cloud 9 restaurant at Aspen Highlands, where he tweaked the concept and created what might be "the greatest dance party in North America" (Vogue).
Tommy is also the founding partner of Entourage Rose' and your devoted guide to anything Aspen. He loves to eat, drink, ski, bike, hike and enjoy the amazing local restaurant scene. Ask Tommy anything Aspen and he will gladly share why this is the greatest place on earth.
